All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using USPS or e-packet (or for very large order DHL) depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two months for the investigation to be completed. 

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. 

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund or replace items.

Customs and Duties

MiniWatchman does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that MiniWatchman does not pay these fees.
